The Vention VGA (3+9) Male to Male Cable is a 10-metre VGA cable built for longer-distance analog video signal runs between a VGA source and a VGA monitor, projector, or display. The 3+9 conductor configuration — three individually shielded coaxial conductors for the RGB video channels plus nine additional wires for sync, control, and ground signals — is a more comprehensive wiring specification than the standard 3+6, providing additional shielding and signal integrity support that becomes increasingly important as cable length increases. At 10 metres, this cable is firmly in the territory of room-level and building-level AV installation: ceiling-mounted projectors, wall-plate connections, AV rack-to-display runs, and any setup where source and screen are separated by a significant physical distance.
