The Vention HBMB0 is a compact DisplayPort-to-HDMI port adapter that connects any desktop PC, workstation, or laptop with a full-size DisplayPort output directly to an HDMI-enabled monitor, TV, or projector — with no cable, no external power, and no driver installation required. It steps up from Full HD to support 4K @ 30Hz resolution with simultaneous audio and video pass-through, making it a practical choice for both office and home setups where a clean, permanent port conversion is preferred over a longer cable-based adapter. The black ABS housing with gold-plated connectors keeps the unit durable and resistant to corrosion over years of repeated connections.

The HBMB0 is a port adapter rather than a cable-type converter — it plugs directly into the DisplayPort port on the source device, and an HDMI cable then runs from it to the display.
